Leon is a hot-headed punk with ambitions to make a name for himself as a powerful gang leader, though his grasp on what that entails seems somewhat juvenile. While he currently has only two followers, he seems confident that it's only a matter of time until the city learns who 'the king' really is.

Surprisingly, his ego may be somewhat justified, as he secretly wields an otherworldly power--connected to a unique scar on his chest. While he himself doesn't know how or why he obtained it, he's more than happy to use it as a scare tactic against anyone who gets on his nerves.

Saki ends up becoming one of these scare victims after getting in a fight with him. However, Leon soon realizes his attempt to 'teach her a lesson' has backfired severely, and notices a very familiar-looking scar forming over Saki's right eye...

While Leon's actual combat skills are mediocre, his unique power is his claim to the throne.

His Mark allows him to conjure small, crystalline throwing knives from thin air. They shatter like glass upon hitting any hard surface, and disappear entirely soon after leaving his hand.

When stabbed into a person, they cause immense pain as would be expected, but don't cause any actual bodily damage. This allows him to be rather relentless with how he treats opponents, without putting them in any immediate physical danger.

As only people with Marks can see other people's powers, his knives are invisible to almost everyone, making them even more potent of an option in street fights. However, his own pride sometimes makes him save them as a last resort.
